At the time of site visit all the scope of works are discussed and we also provide suggestions at this stage for all the possible areas of renovation for best result to achieve value addition in the property for each dollar investment in the project.

Quotation is submitted for discussed project with all the possible extra features mentioned with their additional costs.
On acceptance of initial cost and payment of deposit the Interior Design,Colour and Fixture Selection and Architectural work starts.

On acceptance and finalisation of all the materials and designs permit process is initiated if required for any part of renovation and final quotation submitted with updated prices as per selection.
Work starts on agreed date and proceeds with payments at different stages as mentioned in the quotation.
On completion of project and final payment.Cleanup is done and property handed back for use by the owner or keys handed back to property agent.
